How can I book and what deposit is required?
Send a request through the website or contact the host on 0722 669 160. The offer and availability are checked separately. A booking is guaranteed after acceptance of the offer, payment of the agreed deposit and the owner’s written confirmation. For reservations, you can also contact us via WhatsApp.
Do you accept holiday cards?
We accept payment with all types of holiday cards.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 16:00; check-out by 11:00. Different times must be agreed with the host beforehand, subject to availability.
How is the access road to Păltiniș during winter?
From Sibiu, take the DJ 106A towards Păltiniș. Road closures have been extremely rare. However, in winter we recommend checking road conditions before departure and equipping your car appropriately. Parking spaces are available at the villa.
How is the hot tub heated and what does it cost?
Outdoor hot tub heated automatically through heat exchangers. Use and price are agreed for each booking before confirmation. Any inclusion in the price is specified in the offer.
What facilities are available in the gazebo and kitchen?
Gazebo with barbecue, cauldron stove and dining areas. Dishwasher, electric oven, hob and toaster. Bean-to-cup coffee machine and crockery.
Is there a socket for electric cars?
There is a three-phase socket. Contact the owner about compatibility, required accessories and conditions of use.
How are the family rooms configured?
Family rooms have a double bed and bunk beds in a separate room, for families with children. Accommodation for children and sleeping arrangements are agreed before confirmation, within the licensed capacity.
Are pets allowed?
For the comfort of all guests and for hygiene reasons, pets require the owner’s prior written agreement.
